According to a survey released by CONAB (National Supply Company), Brazil will break a record grain production in the 2019/2020 crop, with an estimated 245 million tons.

Not only for agricultural production, but also for other human and animal needs for water use, it is clear that better planning and management of water resources is necessary if we are to provide security of supply for all areas that need water.
Prolonged droughts, difficulties in transporting water to isolated locations, lack of resources for complex catchment facilities in rural areas are examples of how one can run out of water, even though it is in Brazil, the country with the most drinking water available in the world. Therefore, the development of water storage techniques on properties during rainy periods in large or small dams can improve water availability, including for safe use in irrigation of small and medium farmers.
The National Water Agency (ANA), acting with the National Water Resources Management System, constantly provides relevant information on the use of water in the irrigation of various crops, including technical guides and best practices for irrigation in agriculture.
